How to Download a Video in Three Steps
The flow is identical for every platform, so you only have to learn it once:
- Copy the link. Open the pin, video, or post and copy its URL — from the address bar on desktop, or via Share → Copy link in the Pinterest, TikTok, or X app.

How Down4Media Processes a Public Link
Down4Media is a browser-based lookup tool, not a media library. When you paste a supported public link, the service checks the public post for the media options it exposes and returns those options to your browser. No account is needed, and submitted links or downloaded files are not kept in an application database. Private, deleted, restricted, or login-only posts are not supported.
