How we testWhy screenshots fall short
A screenshot carries the UI, the dots and your zoom, and it sits at screen resolution. The stored image is clean and larger. For a recipe card, an outfit or a reference sheet, the difference is the whole point.
Saving each page
The result lists the carousel images. Save the ones you need one by one; there is no zip. Rename them straight away, because the CDN names are opaque hashes that sort badly later.
Finish on the phone
Android: the files go to Downloads and appear in Gallery. iPhone: Files › Downloads, then Share › Save Image to reach Photos. Either way the image is a real file, not a re-photographed screen.
Carousels, clips and picking the right page
TikTok treats a photo carousel as its own post type, so a link to one returns images rather than a video. Mixed posts can hold both, so if the result shows stills when you wanted the clip, copy the link from the video slide itself instead. Two pages, one rule: the link decides what comes back. Open the post first and note which slide holds what.
